Shipping Policy

At MVATIS, every garment is a work of art—crafted with intention, care, and precision. As such, we ensure your order is treated with the same respect and attention from the moment it leaves our atelier to the moment it arrives at your door.

Processing Time

As many of our designs are produced on a pre-order basis, please allow up to 2 weeks of processing time from the date your order is placed before shipment.

Once your order is ready, you will receive a confirmation email with full tracking information.

All orders are shipped securely from Cyprus, and delivery times may vary depending on your location.

Shipping Methods & Timeframes

We ship worldwide via trusted carriers such as DHL Express, FedEx, and UPS, BOX NOW (for Cyprus and Greece) ensuring fast and secure delivery. (AFTER WE SHIP THE PACKAGE )

  • Domestic Shipping (Cyprus): 2–4 business days, FREE SHIPPING. BOXNOW delivery. 

  • International Shipping: 10-15 business days (depending on your location)

Tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the selected delivery option. We occasionally offer free domestic shipping on select pieces or during special promotions.

Duties & Taxes

For international orders, duties and taxes may apply depending on your country’s import regulations. These fees are the responsibility of the customer. MVATIS is not responsible for any delays caused by customs.

Lost or Damaged Packages

Each order is insured and carefully packaged. If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at info@mvatis.com within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue as swiftly as possible.
