Refund policy

At MVATIS, every piece is crafted with exceptional care and attention to detail. Due to the limited and made-to-order nature of our collections, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on any items.

We do, however, allow exchanges for sizing adjustments on eligible garments.

To request an exchange, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. The item must be in its original, unworn condition with all tags attached.

Please note that:

• Exchanges are subject to product availability.
• Customers are responsible for all return and re-shipping costs associated with the exchange.
• We recommend using a tracked shipping service to ensure safe delivery.

Once your exchange is received and inspected, we will ship the new size to you promptly.
